Marseille 2026: An International Congress Under the Banner of Sharing and Excellence
For the duration of these gatherings, Marseille became the global meeting point for chefs, professionals, and enthusiasts of the culinary arts.
Between charitable commitment, cultural discoveries, and a culinary summit, these four days will remain etched in the history of our association.
Organized with enthusiasm and passion by the Provence Méditerranée delegation, this event brilliantly embodied the values that are dear to us: sharing, transmission, conviviality, and culinary excellence.
Thursday, April 16: Solidarity and Elegance at Their Peak
From the very first moments, the tone was set with a rich and engaged program. True to Auguste Escoffier's values of sharing, the Disciples had the opportunity to take part in a charitable initiative on the morning of Thursday, April 16.
Many participants came together to prepare and package meals for the Restos du Cœur's outreach rounds. A powerful moment, symbolizing a gastronomy turned toward others and deeply rooted in sharing.
This first day concluded with the welcome cocktail at the Tour La Marseillaise. Gathered at the SkyCenter on the 30th floor, the congress attendees enjoyed a spectacular setting for an evening devoted to reunions and international exchanges. Facing the Mediterranean, participants shared a warm and convivial moment, officially launching these gatherings in the most beautiful way.

The morning began at the World Trade Center Marseille with the opening of the Partners' Village, followed by an oenology Master Class that allowed the Disciples to explore all the subtleties of Provence wines.
In the afternoon, the famous "Little Trains of Marseille" took the Disciples up to the hill of Notre Dame de la Garde. Under the protection of the "Bonne Mère," members shared a convivial afternoon snack as well as a symbolic photo session, proudly wearing their sashes.
To close this day full of discoveries, participants gathered at Fort Ganteaume. Overlooking the Old Port, they enjoyed a Provençal welcome dinner, extending the festivities in a fraternal atmosphere until late into the evening.
Saturday, April 18: Between Maritime History and Architectural Prestige
Saturday was marked by an emblematic excursion, offering the congress attendees a moment suspended between heritage and exceptional landscapes. The Disciples set sail from the Old Port for a crossing to the Château d'If, immersing themselves in the history of this legendary fortress.
The journey continued toward the Frioul archipelago for a moment of relaxation set to the rhythm of a cocktail by the sea. Under the Mediterranean sun, this occasion helped strengthen international bonds of friendship.
The day concluded in grand style with the prestigious Gala Evening, held in the majestic setting of the Palais de la Bourse. This exceptional night celebrated culinary excellence and the spirit of Escoffier in a breathtaking historic decor. The dinner showcased refined and creative cuisine, where Mediterranean flavors were expressed with elegance, offering a memorable gastronomic experience to all the guests.
Sunday, April 19: Closing and Perspectives in the Heart of Provence
The congress came to an end on Sunday, April 19 with a plenary session at the Hôtel Mercure Centre Vieux-Port, the true nerve center of this gathering.
