We are a delegation of the association of
Disciples d'Escoffier International
, an association founded in 1954 that brings together enthusiasts of gastronomy
from all over the world, counting more than 10000 members and 45 delegations.
The Disciples d’Escoffier represent the excellence of French cuisine since more than seventy years. Our Provence Mediterranée delegation perpetuate this excellence since 2016.
We are proud to uphold the values common to all Disciples d'Escoffier, inherited from the great Auguste Escoffier.

Charity dinner to benefit the Telethon
The disciples of Escoffier gathered on December 1st at the Malacrida hall in Pelissanne to prepare a gala dinner to benefit the Téléthon. Sixty guests shared this moment of gastronomy and fellowship.
Epicure dinner
On November 24th, the disciples of Escoffier from the Provence Méditerranée delegation, accompanied by young people in training, gathered at the Second Chance school for the traditional annual Epicurean Dinner.
The 10th anniversary of Disciples Escoffier Provence Méditerranée
From April 15 to 19, 2026, the Provence Mediterranée delegation of the Disciples of Escoffier International will host nearly 200 disciples from around the world to celebrate gastronomy and professional fellowship. On this occasion, chefs from across the globe will gather on Thursday, April 15, to prepare 500 meals for the Restos du Cœur (a French food bank charity). The following three days will be dedicated to exploring the city and to plenary sessions.
