Gala evening of the 18th International Congress of the Disciples Escoffier Provence Méditerranée. All the world delegations of the Disciples Escoffier gather at the Palais de la Bourse to celebrate gastronomy.
International Gala Dinner
200 delegates, partners, and locals will gather at the Palais de la Bourse to celebrate gastronomy at a gala dinner organized and produced by the Provence-Mediterranean delegation of the Disciples Escoffier International.
During this truly gastronomic French meal, recognized as part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, a team of chefs will create an eight-course meal to celebrate both the 18th International Congress and the 10th anniversary of the Provence-Mediterranean delegation.
Tuxedos and evening gowns will be required.
