Charity meal for the beneficiaries of Restos du Cœur

During the International Meeting of the Disciples of Escoffier in Marseille, disciples from all over the world will come together to cook meals for the benefit of the Restos du Cœur beneficiaries.

Meals for Everyone

The Provence-Mediterranean delegation of the Disciples of Escoffier International will host the World Congress of the Disciples of Escoffier from April 15th to 19th. On this occasion, thanks to its partners, they will prepare a meal for the beneficiaries of the Restos du Cœur (a French food bank charity) for every meal served to congress attendees.

The participation of all

For the first time in the world, the Provence-Mediterranean delegation invited chefs from around the globe to cook alongside local chefs, preparing and distributing over 500 meals for Les Restos du Cœur.

Many chefs from five continents will be working in the kitchens of the Lacordaire school, made available free of charge during the school holidays for this initiative, to prepare, package, and distribute the meals during regional outreach programs and at the Camion du Cœur (a mobile food truck).
