The event, held in the exceptional setting of the Jardins du Cloitre in Marseille, provided an opportunity to discover dishes prepared by chefs from the delegation, showcasing local produce: fresh fish, grilled meats, local vegetables, and Provençal aromatic herbs.
The barbecue was hosted by Philippe and Stéphane, along with their team. At the event, participants enjoyed the Mauritian buffet prepared by Vanilla, Denis, and Véronique, Italian specialties enhanced by Michel, Jérome's spit-roasted pork, and Jean Paul's Baba buffet. All accompanied by wines from Château de la Roque Forcade.
